ABOUT THE PRESENTER – Todd J. Pefferman, CPA – BKD, LLP
Todd is a Senior Manager in the Oklahoma City office of BKD, LLP, a regional CPA and advisory firm. With over 12 years’ experience in tax and business consulting for medium-sized, closely-held businesses, Todd provides specialized tax planning and compliance services along with assistance with mergers and acquisition for financial institutions. He also provides tax planning, business succession and exit strategies, state and local tax incentives, and estate planning for financial institutions and their shareholders.
Todd graduated from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and a minor in Computer Science. Todd is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Missouri Society of CPAs, and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
WHAT IS A TELEPHONE/WEBINAR SEMINAR?
