ABOUT THE PRESENTER – Tom Jordan

Tom Jordan is the founder and CEO of ECI Companies. For more than 25 years, he has helped hundreds of CEOs, directors, and business owners with executive compensation and business strategies. In addition to being a frequent speaker, Tom has jointly or independently developed executive compensation and business strategies for more than 500 organizations around the country.

Mr. Jordan is the founder of VisionLink for Banks and VisionLink for Business, subsidiary firms of the Executive Compensation Institute, focused on bringing leadership, confidence, relationships, and predictability to boards, executives, and management teams of community banks and mid-sized organizations. Further, he holds several certifications relevant to financial services and executive compensation.

A former US Marine, Tom holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Millsaps College in Mississippi and a Master’s in Financial Services from American College in Pennsylvania.
