It’s the defining question of 2008. Will Back Office Conversion (BOC) of consumer checks become the biggest boon to community banks’ payments business in the history of the Automated Clearing House (ACH)? BOC makes check conversion attractive and affordable for small and mid-size businesses, and it is projected to convert 3 billion consumer checks to ACH debits annually by 2010. This single payment type is poised to revolutionize remote deposit, redefine ACH/Check 21 convergence, and turbo charge the already blistering pace of check electronification. Learn how your bank can exploit BOC to acquire core deposits, significantly boost fee income, and capture a broader array of businesses of all types and sizes.
